It is very clear that jobs that will not add value to any business will quickly perish. Paper pushers and coordinators will reduce dramatically and so will be the high salaried jobs that do not justify their cost. In turn, companies will move more to hire freelancers and contractual workforce to carry out more and more jobs they need. Companies will look for reducing their fixed overheads and find ways to outsource everything except the absolute core jobs with a direct impact on the organization’s IP.

This Indian State With No COVID Case Announces to Reopen Schools, Colleges From June 15

In Sikkim, in person school classes will be held in shifts to maintain social distancing. Saturday will no longer be a holiday, this is done in order to make up for the lost time.

“The Sikkim government, which has not reported any COVID-19 case, has announced that schools and other educational institutes in the state will reopen on June 15. Education Minister Kunga Nima Lepcha said the decision was taken by taking into account the importance of higher classes and board exams.”

Unfair to conduct college exams, says Rahul Gandhi, accuses UGC of creating confusion

Gandhi said that UGC was creating confusion among the students. “COVID-19 has harmed many people in the country,” Gandhi said in a video message as part of his party’s ‘SpeakUpforStudents’ campaign. “Students in schools, colleges and universities had to suffer a lot. IITs [Indian Institute of Technology] have also cancelled exams. UGC should do the same.”

“Education systems responded with distance learning solutions, all of which offered less or more imperfect substitutes for classroom instruction,” said the report, noting that while many poorer countries opted for radio and television lessons, 55% of low-income, 73% of lower-middle-income and 93% of upper-middle-income countries adopted for online learning platforms for primary and secondary education.”
